Instructions

Fold Together: Add dry to wet, fold gently until just combined (few flour streaks remain). Avoid overmixing for tenderness. Add Chips: Fold in 1 1/4 cups chips. Batter thick and lumpy. Bake: Pour into pan, smooth top, sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chips. Bake 50-60 min until toothpick in center has moist crumbs (not wet batter). Top golden, cracked.
