Description

These adorable ghost cookies are perfect for Halloween parties, spooky movie nights, or baking with kids. They have a light, buttery base topped with sweet icing decorations, bringing the perfect balance of cute and spooky.

1 large egg 2 cups oats 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup white chocolate chips or icing 1/2 cup butter 1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients until dough forms. Shape dough into ghost forms on a baking tray. Press mini marshmallows onto dough to form eyes/mouth. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely before decorating with white chocolate or icing.
