Instructions
- >Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.>Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned around the edges.>Transfer the sausage to a plate and set aside.>In the same skillet, add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it begins to soften.>Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.>Add the cabbage, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.>Pour in the water and toss well to combine.>Cover the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to wilt.>Uncover and continue cooking, stirring often, until the cabbage is tender-crisp.>Return the sausage to the skillet.>Add the soy sauce and apple cider vinegar and stir well.>Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes until everything is hot and coated.>Taste and adjust salt if needed.>Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
