Description
Pecan Pie Truffles are a rich, creamy, and crunchy Thanksgiving dessert made with pecans, graham crackers, maple syrup, and chocolate. The perfect bite-sized fall treat for parties and holidays.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans (toasted preferred)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup or corn syrup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
8 ounces semisweet or dark chocolate (for coating)
Optional: crushed pecans, sea salt flakes, or white chocolate drizzle
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
2. Add melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
4. Chill for 30–45 minutes until firm.
5. Melt chocolate and dip each truffle until coated.
6. Top with pecans or sea salt if desired.
7. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
