Ingredients
1 cup orzo pasta
¼ cup butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo until tender but firm, about 11 minutes. Drain.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add cooked orzo to skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
