Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp)

  • 810 oz warm or room temperature filtered water

  • (Optional) 1/2 tsp raw honey

  • (Optional) A few mint leaves

Instructions

  • Pour warm water into a glass or jar.

  • Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Stir gently.

  • Add grated ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

  • Stir again (or shake if using a jar with a lid).
