Description
These crispy salmon balls served with creamy avocado sauce are a quick, healthy, and mouthwatering meal or appetizer idea. Perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor!
Ingredients
1 lb Salmon, fresh
1 Avocado, ripe
1/2 cup Coriander, fresh
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Lemon, zest
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1 Egg, large
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Paprika, smoked
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Finely chop the salmon or pulse it in a food processor.
2. In a bowl, mix salmon, parsley, coriander, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape into small balls using your hands.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Fry salmon balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
6. In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
7. Blend the sauce until smooth and creamy.
8. Serve salmon balls hot with a side of avocado sauce.
Notes
Chill the salmon mixture before shaping to make handling easier.
Use fresh herbs and a ripe avocado for best flavor.
