Mini Halloween Pizzas are bite-sized, festive pizzas perfect for Halloween parties. Topped with spooky shapes, vibrant veggies, and pepperoni, these pizzas are both fun and delicious.
Ingredients
15 slices Pepperoni
1 piece Orange Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Black Olives
1 cup Pizza Sauce
12 Mini Pizza Crusts (store-bought or homemade)
8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. Slice the bell pepper into spooky Halloween shapes (pumpkins, ghosts, etc.).
3. 3. Place the mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce evenly on each.
4. 4. Top each pizza with one slice of mozzarella cheese and a handful of shredded mozzarella.
5. 5. Decorate with pepperoni, black olives, and bell pepper shapes.
6. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
7. 7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve with fun Halloween-themed decorations.
Notes
Use cookie cutters for more spooky shapes with your toppings like bats, ghosts, or pumpkins.
Make sure to use a light layer of sauce to prevent sogginess in the crust.
