Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt 1 cup shredded Parmesan 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Parsley chopped Lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 375F. Grease 9×13 dish. Pound chicken to 1/2 inch. Season both sides. Arrange in dish. 2. Mix mayo/yogurt Parmesan garlic onion Italian salt pepper. 3. Spread topping over chicken. 4. Bake 25-30 min to 165F. Broil 2-3 min optional. 5. Rest 5 min. Garnish serve.
