Description
These Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups are the perfect dessert mash-up. Fudgy, creamy, and topped with caramel and chocolate—bite-sized bliss in every cup!
Ingredients
1 large egg
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp butter (for brownies)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp caramel sauce
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 cups fudgy brownie chunks
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
¾ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
2. Crumble the fudgy brownies in a bowl.
3. Mix brownies with 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp flour.
4. Press 2 tbsp of the brownie mix into each muffin liner.
5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
7. Add the egg and beat until combined.
8. Mix in heavy cream and powdered sugar until creamy.
9. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie bases, filling ¾ full.
10. Bake for 18–22 minutes until centers are just set.
11. Let cool completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
12. Top with caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, and desired toppings.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Best served chilled or slightly warmed.
