1–2 tsp dried lemon balm leaves (or 5–6 fresh leaves)
1 slice organic lemon
½ tsp grated ginger (optional)
1 cinnamon stick or pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp raw honey or agave (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1. Boil water and remove from heat.
2. Add lemon balm, ginger, and cinnamon. Cover and steep 5–7 minutes.
3. Strain and discard solids.
