A refreshing lemon balm tea infusion that supports digestion, eases stress cravings, and helps with natural weight loss. Light, citrusy, and easy to make at home.
1/4 cup fresh lemon balm (or 1 tbsp dried)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4–5 cucumber slices
5–6 fresh mint leaves
2–3 slices fresh ginger
4 cups water
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
1. Boil 4 cups of water or use cold filtered water for a cold infusion.
2. In a large jar or heat-proof pitcher, add lemon balm, ginger, mint, and cucumber.
3. Pour water over herbs. Let steep 10–15 mins for hot, or overnight in fridge for cold.
4. Strain and stir in fresh lemon juice just before drinking.
5. Drink 1–2 cups daily before meals or when cravings hit.
Avoid over-steeping dried herbs to prevent bitterness.
You can prep a batch in advance and store in the fridge up to 48 hours.
Skip ginger for a nighttime calming version.
