Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf packed with flavor, tender texture, and simple ingredients.
Ingredients
2 lb Ground chicken
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Basil, dried
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Parsley, dried
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
2 Eggs, large
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 1/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Whole milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Combine chicken, garlic, Parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and seasonings.
3. Mix until just combined.
4. Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
5. Transfer mixture into pan and smooth the top.
6. Brush melted butter on top.
7. Bake 50–55 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
8. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
