Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries
1 can Lychees, Canned
2 large Eggs
1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder, Dutch-Process
1 cup Flour
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Milk
1 cup Water
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line cake pans.
2. 2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, sugar.
3. 3. Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, milk, water, oil, vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
4. 4. Stir in strawberry jam and blueberries.
5. 5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. 6. Cool cakes completely before frosting.
7. 7. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar for frosting. Add milk if needed for consistency.
