Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup powdered sugar
Optional: melted white chocolate or cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and spices until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Roll into small 1-inch balls.
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 1 hour.
5. Roll in cinnamon sugar or dip in melted white chocolate.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
