Crispy, oven-baked Cornflake Chicken Tenders that are better than takeout! Perfect for family dinners, game-day snacks, and dipping in your favorite sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
2 cups cornflakes (crushed)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
Cooking spray or vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, one with crushed cornflakes.
3. Coat chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
4. Place on the baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Crush cornflakes slightly for the perfect texture.
Add grated parmesan for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in the fridge or freeze for later.
