Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 small wheel Camembert cheese (about 125g), sliced
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (unsalted, roasted)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzle)
Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Place one puff pastry sheet on the tray and cut it into a large Christmas tree shape.
3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly on the pastry.
4. Add sliced Camembert and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
5. Place the second sheet of pastry on top and trim to match the tree shape.
6. Cut branches along both sides and gently twist each branch.
7. Brush with beaten egg for a golden crust.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden.
9. Drizzle with honey, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm.
