Description

Rich chocolate brownies swirled with gooey caramel and crunchy peanuts. A perfect sweet-and-salty treat.


Ingredients

1 cup salted peanuts

4 large eggs

1 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk chocolate, melted

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in milk chocolate until smooth. Let cool slightly.

3. Whisk together sugars and eggs until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.

4. Stir in the chocolate mixture until fully combined.

5. Fold in flour and salt until just incorporated.

6. Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle half the caramel and sprinkle half the peanuts and chocolate chips.

7. Repeat with remaining batter, caramel, peanuts, and chips. Swirl the top.

8. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is just set.

9. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

You can freeze brownies for up to 3 months.
