These cheesy ranch potatoes with smoked sausage are creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. Perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage
4 cups baby potatoes
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes.
3. In a bowl, mix potatoes, sausage, oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
4. Spread on greased baking dish.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5-7 more minutes.
7. Top with sour cream and parsley.
8. Serve hot.
Notes
You can use turkey sausage for a lighter option.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for variety.
