These Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars blend creamy cheesecake, tart apples, and buttery crumble with a caramel drizzle for the ultimate fall dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
7/8 cup butter, unsalted (divided)
3 Granny Smith apples, diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
Caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan and bake 10 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream. Pour over crust.
4. Cook apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until softened.
5. Spread apples over cheesecake layer.
6. Mix flour, brown sugar, pecans, and cold butter for crumble topping. Sprinkle evenly.
7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
8. Cool completely and chill for 2 hours.
9. Slice, drizzle with caramel sauce, and serve chilled.
Notes
Chill overnight for the best flavor.
Use tart apples for a balanced taste.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
