Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters – Easy Dessert Recipe 10
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (helps make a thin, smooth chocolate shell)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tbsp portions onto the parchment to form clusters (you should get about 10).
  4. Freeze until completely solid, about 1–2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15–30 second bursts, stirring between, until smooth.
  6. Dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate (a spoon helps coat thoroughly), then set back on the parchment.
  7. Freeze a few minutes to set the chocolate, then eat or store frozen.

Tips (so they don’t melt)

  • Only dip once the clusters are fully frozen solid, and work in batches (take out 3–4 at a time) so the rest stay firm.
  • Melt chocolate in a small bowl so it’s deeper for dipping, and do not skip the coconut oil because it makes the coating thin and dip-friendly.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the freezer; let clusters sit a few minutes before eating for the best texture.
The source recipe notes they can turn into a melty mess in the fridge, so freezer storage is best.
